Does it stand out against the competition?
-
When buyers visit your neighborhood, do they come to your house, or the one down the street?
According to a HomeGain survey, over 90% of home buyers screen their choices on line before actually seeing any homes. With high quality photographs your home will command more attention on line, leading to more showings and a quicker sale.

Our Process:
-
Take multiple exposures of each interior room in your home and it’s exterior
-
Select the highest quality images, showing your property in it’s best light
-
Enhance these images in a computer program using High Dynamic Range processing as needed
-
Optimize the file size for your realtors web site and/or flyers
-
Email the finished product to you and your realtor. Hard disc copies with larger file sizes are available on request
-
We can usually complete the entire process on the same day
It has been shown over and over again that first impressions are vital in selling your home. Since the photographs on your realtors MLS web site will be a buyers first glimpse of your home, doesn’t it make since to invest in high quality photos? Both interior and exterior

As mentioned above, we will use “high dynamic range” (HDR), photography where needed to get the best photos for your realtors MLS web site. HDR is the process of combining two or more images into one, giving a finished product closer to what our eyes actually see. For example, the following image was optimized for the shadows in the corners. As you can see, the windows are just zones of glaring light.
The next image was optimized for the important view through the windows, leaving the room itself looking extremely dark.

Now, we combine the two images, using the best parts of each, to create a photo which will give any perspective buyer a more realistic scene. They can now see both the rooms details and the details through the window onto the patio, and into the yard.

The end result of this dramatic difference is a photograph which shows your home in a more attractive and informative way, a way which is more appealing to any buyer.
Of course, a photograph can only be as good as the room that it is showing. Be sure to have us stage your home before we take the final shots. Plus, many of our staging packages already include photography in the price.
Remember, you only have one chance to make a good first impression. Don’t hamper your efforts with a poor showing on line!
Don’t settle for less, invest!
